Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OmniWork website at getomniwork.com and the OmniWork application (together, the “Service”), provided by OmniWork (“OmniWork,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

OmniWork provides a unified workspace that lets you read and manage email and organize tasks in one place. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service without notice or liability.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
  • Notify us promptly at support@getomniwork.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

Google account & data

The Service lets you connect your Google account to access features such as your Gmail inbox. By connecting your account, you authorize OmniWork to access your Google data through Google’s APIs solely to provide those features, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your use of Google’s services through OmniWork is also subject to Google’s own terms. You may revoke OmniWork’s access at any time through your Google Account permissions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
  • Send spam, malware, or other unsolicited or malicious content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
  • Use the Service to violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data and Google data), is owned by OmniWork and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights to your own content and data.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google. We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniWork and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
